User cannot create the Statistics Repository database through the Spotlight client. It gives error connecting "[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(SECDoClientHandshake()).]SSL Security Error".
원인
SSL V3 and TSL 1.0 IE options are disabled.
해결 방안
WORKAROUND: Enable TLS 1.0 option in IE setting temporarily to create database.
STATUS: In future version of Spotlight, it is planned to switch to TLS 1.2 for communication between Diagnostic Server and Spotlight client.
