My Arrays are not displaying the RPM information for my Disks. (4296649)

My Arrays are not displaying the RPM information for my Disks.  Some of the information is showing up, but most of it is blank.

This is a known defect in vFoglight Storage caused by a bug referenced by Quest Tracking ID vfgls-534.  

Workaround 1
Note:  For Cartridge for Storage Management 4.x+

1. Navigate to Navigation Panel| Homes| Storage Environment| Administration
2. Update Disk Models
3. Insert RPM and disk information

Workaround 2

Defect request vfgls-534 has been submitted to Development for a fix in Cartridge for Storage Management 4.x+.  Please check the release notes of latest software to determine which bug fixes have been included in this release.
