Access Violation when running a Select statement in the Editor

User opens an Editor window and runs a select statement. The user gets an error message "Access Violation." The user can click OK and run the query again. The second attempt does not generate an Access Violation.
원인
Corrupted file in the User Files folder.
해결 방안
RESOLUTION:
1. Shut down Toad. 2. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7\User Files 3. Locate the EditorLayout_XXX.lay files and MainFormLayout_default.lay file. Rename them Editorlayout_XXX.OLD and MainFormLayout_default.OLD. 4. Locate the OriginalLayout_XXX.lay files and OriginalMainFormLayout_default.lay. Rename them to EditorLayout_XXX.lay files and MainFormLayout_default.OLD respectively. 5. Launch Toad and the issue should be resolved.
