All users who require access to CAM need to be a member of ‘users’ role, either by a group, specified user or ‘include all users’ is set in the ‘users’ role. Roles can then be created to assign certain groups/users too. These roles can then be used in certain applications to allow/deny users access.
RESOLUTION 1:
Add the user to the 'Users' role to allow CAM access.
