If the user encounters "Access denied for user 'root'@'MySQLHost' (using password: YES)
at com.mysql.jdbc.SQLError.createSQLException" on the MySQL agent log.
원인

Cause 1
Root user missing from the MYSQL user table
Cause 2
Root user password has changed
해결 방안

Resolution:
Please, go to Administration | Agent | Agent Status | Search for the MSQL Agent | Edit Properties | Modify the private properties for this agent. Please, correct the Database User and Database Password. Then scroll down and save it.
