Spotlight is causing PREEMPTIVE_XE_SESSIONCOMMIT wait type which is representing 99.99% of total wait time. See KB151305_Fig01.png.
해결 방안
A high wait time of PREEMPTIVE_XE_SESSIONCOMMIT could indicate that the instance is suffering from the SQL Server defect documented here http://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/2511963 . This defect prevents Spotlight from successfully altering an Extended Events session it has created and instead causes the session the ALTER statement was issued from to hang indefinitely.
