How does Optimizer calculate Average and Combined Utilization

Average Utilization is simply the average MHz used for the time period specified.
Combined Utilization is the point midway between average and peak.
For example: For the last 30 days, if Peak Utilization was reported to be 500 MHz and Average Utilization was reported to be 100 MHz. Combined Utilization would be the point midway between those two, which is 300 MHz.
