Spotlight alerting with "VMware Tools Not Installed" or "Not Running" alarm when VMWare Tools are installed and running.
원인
The problem is due to duplicated VM names and one of the duplicate names show heartbeat status is grey.
해결 방안
STATUS: Issue fixed in version 11.7.0.8250. The latest version of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise can be downloaded at https://support.quest.com/spotlight-on-sql-server-enterprise/download-new-releases.
