The Foglight for Exchange agent is failing to collect IIS logs to populate the "Top Exchange ActiveSync Users" dashboard with the following errors in the logs:
INFO [Quartz[0]-6803] com.quest.agent.exc.collection.collector.activeSync.ExcActiveSyncCollector - Retrieve IIS log files
ERROR [Quartz[0]-6803] com.quest.agent.exc.collection.collector.activeSync.ExcActiveSyncCollector - Error occurs when retrieve log files. A duplicate name exists on the network.
해결 방안

Run the following from the "Exchange Management Shell" powershell:

get-mailboxdatabase -status | fl server, name, mounted

Check the server name and see if it is the same name that you have defined in the Exchange agent.

Run the following from the command prompt:

nbtstat -n

Double check whether the given host name does not have a duplicate entry that has the same number.
