Recently we have encountered an issue where Peoplesoft SQL objects are not being migated properly. They exist in the stat database, they can be migrated to our staging database (manually outside of stat). When migrating they are not being copied properly to the staging database (also oracle/8.52 tools). Parts of the objects are empty (textdefn etc.) therefore when copying from staging database the migration is wiping out parts of the objects even if they exist.

PSTEMP tablespace was not properly built

Check to see if you have the PSTEMP tablespace on the staging db. If PSTEMP tablespace does exist then verify that the proper data file get added to the tablespace.
