When I enter a trial license key that was sent to me, I get the following message.
"Unable to validate license. Either this license has expired or the maximum number of Trial keys have been used. Please contact a Quest sales representative to purchase the full version of Toad for Oracle or get a Trial extension."
Trial key has expired or have used too many trial keys.
'License has Expired' message can also occur if an expired Term Key is being used.
Check to make sure the trial key you are using has not expired. If the key has not expired yet, then you may have already used three trial keys, which is the max number allowed before having you use an extended trial key. Either way, you will need to contact a Quest Sales representative. They can either issue you a new trial key that is not expired or give you an extended trial key.
If you have a Term Key which has expired, please contact your account manager to discuss further options, or discuss purchasing a new term key.
