Getting "You are using an older, incompatible Knowledge Xpert..." launching Knowledge Xpert

When launching Knowledge Xpert, the following message is given:
"You are using an older, incompatible Knowledge Xpert. You must upgrade to Knowledge Xpert version 10 or greater"
해결 방안
1) Un-install your current version of Knowledge Xpert. 2) Download the newest version of Knowledge Xpert from https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=downloads. 3) Install the newest version.

This should be done even if you already have a version 10 or greater.
