Get "Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data..." error connecting to Local Storage

The following error messages are received when trying to connect to Local Storage.

Error #1:
Quest.Toad.Exceptions.BaseException
Encountered exception while processing exception

  System.IO.FileNotFoundException
  Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=6.9.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependences.  The system cannot find the file specified.

Error #2:

MySql.Data Connector 6.9.5 has several bugs in it. 

Download and install the latest MySql.data .NET connector. Then re-install Toad Data Point.

A side effect of the bad MySql.Data Connector, is when un-installing and re-installing Toad Data Point, the “C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Toad Data Point Hub Data” directory does not get installed. This folder is associated with Local Storage.
