Crashes after clicking "Fetch All" when getting an Ora-01476 error

I ran a query in the editor that gave me an Ora-01476 error and a partial return of data. When I clicked the "Fetch All" button I received the following error and SQL Navigator crashed.
"SQL Navigator for Oracle has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
