The shortcuts to macro functions are missing. It used to be under View | Toad Options | Editor | Behavior | Key Mapping. However, the Key Mapping button is no longer there.

The Key Mapping was removed. Some of the shortcuts can be found by going to . However, the macro functions were not moved there.
