How To Change The Log Location in Archive Retrieve for Blackberry

Depending on the amount of space available on the BES servers hard drives, you may run into a growth issue on the BlackberryAgent_EMSMDB.log file, used to record transactions between Archive Retrieve and BES.
원인
Depending on the size of the environment and how many users in the org are operating Blackberry devices, the BlackberryAgent_EMSMDB.log file can become several GB in size. It may be preferable to move this to another drive under certain circumstances. This log file can be deleted as well without adverse effects on the system as a whole.
해결 방안
In the c:\program files\quest software\archivemanager\Archive Retrieve folder, there should be a file named ArchiveRetrieveConfig.exe. If you run this, you can change the location of the logs used by Archive Retrieve.
