How to Create Report Subscriptions (4235551)

If you have not already configured which SMTP Server the MessageStats Reports subscription service will use:
 

1. Open MessageStats Reports either by clicking MessageStats Reports node from within the MessageStats Console or click Start | Quest Software | MessageStats | Quest MessageStats Reports
2. In the folder view click File | Subscriptions
3. From the file menu click Subscriptions | Configure Subscriptions
4. Enter the name of the SMTP Server that will be used to email the reports and the From address you wish to appear in the email and click OK

Create the new subscription:

1. From the Subscriptions page click Add
2. Click Next
3. Configure the Schedule and frequency you would like the subscription to use and click Next
4. Configure the method for sending the reports
   - Choose how you would like the reports sent (Email, File Location, FTP Site, Web Site)
   - Choose the format
   - Enter the recipients of the reports. Multiple recipients can be added by separating each one with a comma
   - Enter a subject for the email
5. From the Reports page click Add
6. Select a report you want to include in the subscription and click Next
7. Set the report filters and click Finish
8. If you want to include another report in this subscription click Add or click Next if you are finished adding reports
9. Enter the account name and password that will be used to generate the reports and click Next
10. Enter a name for your new subscription and click Finish

The new subscription can be tested immediately by clicking the Run Now button or you can wait until the scheduled execution time
