WORKAROUND:
1. login to the machine where Spotlight Diagnostic Server is installed
2. Go to the installation folder. By default it is: C:\Program Files\Dell\Diagnostic Server\Agent\
3. Change subdirectories to: \conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight\
4. Locate IdleWaits.txt file and copy the file to another folder as a backup such as Desktop
5. Open this file with Notepad
6. Go to bottom of file and add CLR_MANUAL_EVENT to the bottom of the file
7. Save file and close it
8. Open Services.msc and restart the Spotlight Diagnostic Server services.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix on future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
