How to restore a SQL Server 2008 Database into SQL Server 2005
설명
How to back up a database in SQL Server 2008 and then restore it into SQL Server 2005?
원인
This is a native SQL Server limitation, not a LiteSpeed issue.
해결 방안
Per Microsoft: You cannot restore a SQL server 2008 database on SQL Server 2005. If you are not using any of the features specific to SQL Server 2008, you might be able to generate the scripts and re-create the schema and data in SQL Server 2005. (see http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqldatabaseengine/thread/32a67469-0636-4ded-923f-2e257f7e68e1/)
WORKAROUND: (From Microsoft) Select the database in the Object Explorer in SQL 2008, right-click, select Tasks->Generate Scripts. In the options dialog emable about everything, including Script Data. Make sure you select "Script for SQL 2005".
