Symptoms:
User is putting database in single user mode to restore the Master DB. The restore fails with the error in the logs, "Cannot open backup device 'XXXXXXXX'. Operating system error 0x80070005(Access is denied.)"
The login used for putting the database into single user mode needs to be the same as the user that the NetVault process uses.
