API call timeout value was reached. For Guest Quiescing
Several things cause this:
1) VMTools not installed on the machine, or "mis-installed" or
corrupted. You can reinstall on the guest OS (usually needs a reboot)
2) The VM in question is simply taking too long due to the load placed
on it. Try running the backup at a different time of day.
3) The filesystem and fragmentation of the VM in question could also
degrade performance to such an extent where this happens. Check the frag
levels on the guest OS and run defrags as needed.
