Issue with a SQL backup restore on a different server.
설명

The customer is trying to restore SQL 2012 database to an alternate server but the restore fails with error"VDS creates failed"
원인

The reasons this was happening are the following:
1) The user which netvault process manager process was running as was not a SQL admin user(SA admin user)
2) The instance name on the alternate server was different than the one it was originally backed up on.
해결 방안

1) A new instance was created on the target/alternate server with the same name as the source server
2) Netvault process manager process was made to run with an account that was configured as an SA admin(SQL admin) on the target SQL server
