VA based backups fail with 2258 can't create the directory

Backup Job is configured to do Virtual Appliance (VA) based backups. The backup tasks starts but it logs a failure and will retry. Same thing repeats until the task eventually completely fails.
원인
The vRanger server is expecting a response from the Virtual Appliance but does not recieve it in the time allowed.
해결 방안
The time allowed can be increased by modifing the vRanger service configuration file.
exit vRanger GUI
stop Dell vRanger Service
using notepad open the file vizioncore.vranger.service.exe.config (default location is C:\Program Files\Dell\vRanger)
