When performing physical backups, backup tasks will intermittently fail with the error “Failed to create VSS snapshot on the target machine (P_VSSUTIL_UNEXPECTED).”

This is a product defect
해결 방안
When this problem occurs, log in to the affected source server and restart the Quest Physical Client service.
