HTML tags displayed in Service Desk Announcements (4290474)

User console announcements have line feeds replaced by text on display.

This problem is present for those body messages that include a new line (hit enter and type a new line). A sample illustrating the problem has been included below:

IMPORTANT: This issue has been resolved in KACE SMA 9.1 

Important note:  HTML code does not show on the User Console Home page now, but it does show when clicking “View All Announcements” (under the announcements on the User Console home page). HTML is also displayed on the Administrator Console when clicking on Service Desk | Announcements (typically appears after saving and refreshing the page)

The current work around available is not to make use of “new lines” when creating announcements. For additional details see example below:
