When signing into the User Console, the "Need Help" button is not available, but when using local admin or administrator account it is available.
The "Need Help" button contains the Administrator Guide, links to KB articles and sensitive information about the SMA Appliance that should not be available to users, main reason why it is not available to regular users on User Console, this is an expected behavior.
