InTrust errors when trying to forward events. (4380348)

When InTrust tries to forward events it gets the error message "Process Forward events completed with code 2". Forwarding failed while processing repository "(repository name and ID)" 

-Cannot process segment ID (id #)
-Cannot process repository file ID (id #)
- A task was canceled.
Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcible closed by the remote host.

In most cases this is caused by connection failure, triggered by a load balancer.

Force the InTrust server to bypass the load balancer.
