In repository experiments with BitLocker enabled no issues were discovered so long as the storage was unlocked automatically following a reboot of the machine. Otherwise, the repository becomes inaccessible by InTrust.
Please also be aware read/write performance may degrade with BitLocker enabled depending on the combination of CPU/RAM/Disk. In other words, consider testing with BitLocker disabled and enabled to ensure system hardware produces acceptable results.
