In a resource forest context.

After setting up Windows Coexistence server, when testing using URL http://autodiscover.domino.,DomainName>.com/BTAvailability/Availability.asmx and BT_TestConnectivity, the answer is "Failed to Call Exchange webservices - GetUserAvailability()"

IIS Log on Exchange servers shows a 401 Error (Access Denied)
원인

Credentials are in Domain\UserName format
해결 방안

In this case, to be able to address Exchange server in a different domain other than Windows Coexistence server, two variables are set in BTAvailability Application Settings on Windows Coexistence IIS manager :

EWS-username: ewsusername\domain
EWS-password: password

Change the username to SMTP address format (ewsusername@domain.com) instead of domain\UserName
Test the connection and confirm it is successful.
