Issue on adding registry with item level targeting

In item-level targeting config, if we choose Security Group It allows us to select User or Computer. However, "User in Group" is greyed out.
원인
When editing a GPO we are working with the native GPMC outside of GPOAdmin.
해결 방안
This is a known issue with MS patch KB5041578 that seems to break new Item-Level Targeting in GPOs. As this is outside of GPOAdmin it is something that Microsoft must fix. Raise case with Microsoft support.
