There is no option on the usual reports to check whether a WMI filter is linked or nor, even on the WMI filter object, you can't see this.

An enhancement request was logged for the request to add reports to allow the reporting of which WMI filters are used on which GPOs from the WMI filter perspective or from the GPO perspective.
The enhancement ID to be considered for inclusion in a future version of GPOADmin is 472132
