To help optimize performance you can adjust the SQL timeout settings doing the following:
- On the GPOADmin console, right click the domain on the left panel and select Options - Expand SQL > SQL Timeouts
Here you have 2 options:
- Connection Timeout: The Connection timeouts is the amount of time GPOADmin will wait to create a connection with the SQL server. The default value is 15 seconds.
- Command Timeout: The Command timeout is the amount of time GPOADmin will wait to execute a command. The default value is 30 seconds.
Adjust the timeout values that best fit your deployment and click OK.
