GPOAdmin currently support Azure hosted SQL instances, and we will support those instances regardless if they are in an IaaS or a PaaS solution.
So long as the SQL server is a version supported in the GPOadmin documentation, and we can communicate with that server via a connection string that is entered in the standard server port SQL connection string format.
