When an ASM cluster node is added in the Oracle Database Discovery process it generates a default name such as ASM_CLUSTER_4. How can this cluster name be changed?
원인
There is a message in the Oracle Database Discovery process: “Note: the ASM cluster's name can only be edited from after its creation." however renaming ASM cluster names in the Oracle Foglight monitoring agent is currently not supported.
해결 방안
The Foglight Oracle cartridge does not support changing the Agent name in the Administration panel. There is an option to change the ASM cluster name when installing a new database agent when clicking on the column Agent Name.
