How to Edit Email Address and Email Relay Host on FW Version 4.X?

Since we have upgraded to FW version 4.X the options to configure the email addresses and relay host are missing from System Configuration. Where are they now?

Upon accessing the DR Web GUI:
It's in System configuration > Users > Click the 3 dot button upper right > Email Notification.
