Change Auditor Web Client: Failed to get the service address for the coordinator or Unable to Connect (4255490)

Trying to logon to the Web Client one of the following errors may occur

"Failed to get the service address for the coordinator"

Or

"Unable to connect to Change Auditor at this time. Please contact your Change Auditor administrator"

Complete the following steps to edit the Web.config and resolve the issue:

1. Browse to "..\Program Files\Dell\ChangeAuditor\WebClient\" or "C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\WebClient" depending on version.
2. Open the Web.config file in a text editor like "Notepad"
3. Search for the node
4. Select the Attributes with the key name "Coordinator"
5. Update the corresponding "Value" string "[SERVER:PORT]" to the correct port number.

The Client SCP port number is visible on the Coordinator status window, (Right click on the Coordinator icon and select Coordinator status):
