"A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file" error displayed when uninstalling the Change Auditor Agent (4234728)

Receiving "A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: C:\Windows\Installer\Quest ChangeAuditor Agent (x64).msi" when trying to uninstall the agent via the ChangeAuditor Client or uninstalling natively in windows (Add/Remove programs or Programs and Features).

1. Copy the "Quest ChangeAuditor Agent (x64).msi" to the "C:\Windows\Installer\" folder on the agent computer .
2. Right-Click on the "Quest ChangeAuditor Agent (x64).msi" and choose uninstall.
3. Verify that the Quest ChangeAuditor services are no longer in services.msc.

If the error, "1905.Module C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ChangeAuditor\Agent\DefenderObjectComparator.dll failed to unregister. HRESULT -2147220472. Contact your support personnel." is experienced the message can be safely ignored.
