Capture wizard not accepting Database Server directory 'Directory doesn't exist' error appears

In the Capture & Replay wizard - when you specify the Database Directory and press 'Check' or OK, the message "Directory doesn't exist" appears. This happens on any directory on the machine. Also when running with Admin permissions, and when running BMF 'As Administrator'.
