At the command prompt window, after running the "Archive Manager Full Text Index Search service" command, the message: "Indexing Attachment 1000" is displayed, then a pop-up window appears with an error message similar to this:
"The instruction at "0x04a261b3" referenced memory "0x03d423e8". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program."
Fault in Adobe PDF IFilter version 6.
This error only occurs when running the Full Text Index service in console mode.
1. Uninstall Adobe PDF IFilter version 6 and install version 5 from http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/all/ifilter50.exe or update Adobe PDF IFilter version 6 with all the latest patches.
2. Restart the Archive Manager Full Text Index Search service at the prompt with the -console switch.
