"Critical Error" when attempting to Save any value within the Retention Policies node

When you try to Add or Edit a Keep or Delete Policy, or Even change the Settings from Safe Mode to Production, any time you click Save you see "Critical Error" at the top of the screen in Red.
Also, when running Developer Tools | Network Tab in Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox, you see Method "PUT" with result "404" for:
