The archiving notification email is sent with the same subject and body for different CRDs (4370515)

Repro steps:

1. Navigate to the Archive tab and click on Edit.
2. Create a combined archiving schedule (5 or 10 GB and the first day of the month) and select to receive email notifications.
3. Go to the audited server and run the scalability app to fill up the Crd at least twice (so that the archiving is performed every 30 min).
4. Check the email account where the notifications were sent.
5. All the emails will have the same subject and body (referring to the first Archiving process).

Expected result: The email notification subject and body reflect the corresponding archiving process.
 

WORKAROUND

Restart the ApexSQL Audit's central process (ApexSQL Audit Processor Central) after every archiving notification that is received, and every next notification will display accurate information about the archiving. (restart_central_process).
