AA Password Reminder is excluding an OU that was not excluded (4377778)

AA Password Reminder exclusion is not working correctly.

On the exclusions, a parent OU was excluded... but not the Child OU, looking for to have the users of the Child OU processed for them to receive the reminder. However the users of the Child OU are not getting the reminder or showing on the Admin reports of Password Reminder.  

This behavior is by design. 

If a Parent OU is excluded, then all nested accounts/OUs are also excluded, even if they are not selected. 

In order to have the accounts of the Child OU processed, then the Parent OU cannot be excluded.
