Active Administrator have a Lock Out Accounts module, and this is located at Security & Delegation > Lock Out Accounts. In this module you may specify a domain that you want to monitor for locked out accounts. AA will monitor for lock out accounts and will provide information recorded in the security log from the domain controller where the account gets locked out.
If a locked-out account is detected, then you may see information such as:
1- The User ID of the account that was locked.
2- Domain.
3- Time of the event.
4- Domain Controller in which the account was locked.
Additionally, you may click on "Locked Out Reasons" to open the event that was recorded under the domain controller security log to find out more details such as locked out origin, security ID, among other relevant information.
