Inactive Accounts History Report changes are not being saved.

Inactive Accounts History Report in the "Inactive Accounts" module under "Security & Delegation" does not work. If you add emails to deliver a report or if you add a folder to save the file after you click "Ok" and go back to reports emails that were added disappeared only keeping the default email and the folder disappeared as well like if you have never setup the emails or folders.
