The default setting is to hold this information indefinitely.
Note: Make sure there is a current backup of the database before proceeding.
This setting can be configured to purge retired systems after a number of days.
In the SLAM administrative site go to the left-hand navigation pane and click on Administration.
Then click on Configurations, then on the right-hand side, select System Settings.
Then expand ‘System area: System’.
Click on the setting called ‘System_Workstation_Delete_After’.
Click on the current underlined number and a dialog box will display.
Set the New Global Value and click OK.
Let the database process overnight to update the reporting information.
