The manager has closed unexpectedly with a profile open.
The profile has failed to successfully reset after being notified by the network that it has been unlocked.
There is an issue with validation logic of a profile.
The profile has been manually disabled.
If a User profile icon is locked (padlock symbol):
Right click on the profile and select “Force unlock” close the manager without saving the profile
Please note: if you unlock the profile then save this can corrupt the validation logic of the profile.
If profile icon is grayed out (color changed):
On the validation logic tab of the profile make sure at least one box is checked in each section of “Class”, “OS”, “Connection Type” and “timing” sections. Also make sure that no check mark is in the check box for “disable the profile regardless of validation.”
