ETLProcessor does not restart at 4am.
The following error message are displayed in event viewer

Description:
The Plug-in "ETLProcessor" will now be stopped. It has reached/exceeded the established threshold of 10 failures in 10 minutes. Stats: 1 errors in 10 minutes. The best ways to correct this problem are:
1) Restart this service (Desktop Authority OpsMaster Service)
2) Restart this particular plug-in from within the "Ops Master Service" tab in the Desktop Authority Manager/Server Manager object
The following errors may also be present in the \\DA_Server_Name\\slogic$\OpsMasterService\ETLFileRepository\ETL.HTM file
Error: 03-05-2008 04:00:01:875 AM :: ProfileSync Exception at ScriptLogic.ETLProcessor.Profiles.ProcessRecords_Embargo(DataTable embargoDT) at ScriptLogic.ETLProcessor.Profiles.ETLProfileData() The specified module could not be found.
Register the affected files by opening a command prompt and enter the following commands.
Fix Step 1 On the Server where the Desktop Authority Manager is installed locate and execute the following file (locally):
C:\Program Files (86)\Quest\Desktop Authority\Desktop Authority Manager\Scripts\vcredist_86.exe
Fix Step 2: On the Server where the Desktop Authority Manager is installed locate and execute the following file (locally):
C:\Program Files (86)\Quest\Desktop Authority\Desktop Authority Manager\OpsMasterService\bin\EmbargoComApi.exe /RegServer
