Verify Exchange server is accessible and migrate again
If the target Exchange environment is available, the error may have been caused by a temporary network or Exchange issue
Please verify that the target Exchange server is operational and accessible from the migration machine. You can do this by opening Outlook with the migration profile to confirm access. Logged in as your account with Admin Privaledges, try going to File | Open | Other User's Folder then access the target user you're trying to migrate, this should not fail.
You may need to re-create the MAPI profiles .1) Delete the Novell Default Settings profile on the Migration Server. This can be found in the Properties of the Outlook icon under "Show Profiles."2) Login to the GroupWise Client with the same credentials used for GroupWise Migrator. This will recreate the Novell Default Settings Profile.3) Verify that you can view the address books (personal and system) and the archive files you are migrating.4) Verify that Outlook is the default client for all the Internet Services on the migration server. This can be determined under:5) Control Panel | Internet Options | Programs6) Re-run the migration.
