Departments not showing up when clicking on Elipsis (...) button for "Department" in Reports (96539)

Trying to run a report based on Department, but when clicking on the ellipsis button for Department in Reports, the pop-up to window to select a Department returns no results or not all of the expected results.

Default Gathering not running at the organization level to include all servers or Department attirbute on the properties of the user account in Active Directory is blank.

Ensure Department attribute is set for the user objects in Active Directory.

Run the Default Gathering at the organization level so that it includes all of the Exchange Servers. See if there are any errors in the Mailbox Account Properties / Exchange Mail-enabled Objects subtasks.
