Resolution
Notes Migrator for Exchange does not directly support archiving solutions. Notes Migrator for Exchange is designed to migrate archives from the native Notes/Domino NSF database file format.

The following information has been provided as a convenience, based on customer experience:
The IBM CommonStore creates a "placeholder" email in the user's mailbox stating that the message has been offloaded to the archive. These messages will need to be "retrieved" from the CommonStore in order for the entire message to be migrated with NME. The "retrieval" process should replace the "placeholder" message with the entire archived message in the user's Notes mailbox.
